Police say 12 to 15 people were gathered on a small dock and were in violation of new public health restrictions that came into effect in November.

The majority of these charges, which are non-criminal, were given to individuals violating mandatory self-isolation or physical distancing orders. 

From April 24 to 30, RCMP in Saskatchewan responded to 82 reports related to COVID-19.

Officers were able to find the four suspects. One of them, an 20-year-old from Taber, has been charged with mischief under $5,000.
