The city announced it is challenging the province’s decision to invoke paramountcy over the 42-bed shelter on Winnipeg Street.

The City of Penticton said it has received separate correspondence from BC Housing and Minister of Housing David Eby regarding supportive housing sites and the emergency shelter.
