Ottawa police are investigating a stabbing near the Rideau Canal on Tuesday evening that sent a 15-year-old girl to hospital with serious injuries.

Whether someone cycles, skates, runs, walks or uses a mobility device, the NCC's parkways will be open exclusively to them and closed off to cars.
