Police said Christopher Chung, 42, will be living in the Edmonton area. Officers believe he will commit another violent offence against someone while in the community. 

RCMP have arrested and charged the fourth and final suspect in the death of an Edmonton man whose remains were found in a burned-out car near Fort Saskatchewan in January.
