Vancouver’s Chinatown isn’t waiting for a new civic government to be sworn in to take action against crime and street disorder that has worsened during the pandemic.

Edmonton homicide investigators hope to speak with specific people who were either seen in the area or interacted with police on May 18, when two men were killed in Chinatown.
