Chief Rob Davis of the Lethbridge Police Service addressed the media Tuesday, the day after his resignation was the surprise announcement of a city council meeting. 

The survey found that just 10 per cent of respondents believed police Chief Rob Davis is an honest and effective communicator with city residents and police service members.
