Two Calgary youths face charges of possession of a dangerous weapon and robbery, following a series of recent cellphone thefts in which the sellers were hit with bear spray.

Police said the use of bear spray as a weapon is a bit of a grey area, since it is legal to carry the controlled substance if you're over the age of 18.
