Nova Scotia RCMP say the incident happened on an access road off the 400 block of Beaver Bank Road.

RCMP have charged a 22-year-old Beaver Bank, N.S. man with impaired driving and dangerous driving causing death in relation to a fatal car crash in October 2015.
