An emergency alert issued Thursday morning says there is an unknown issue with the water in Grand Lake that has sent one person to hospital and caused animals to die. 

A Winnipeg woman says it has been almost two weeks since city construction fouled her water. 'The smell got stronger. Each day the smell got stronger.'
