Saskatoon city council voted unanimously Monday evening to immediately remove a concrete barrier on Clarence Avenue at Glasgow Street.

People living in Saskatoon's Avalon neighbourhood are petitioning the city to have a concrete barrier removed, saying it is creating new traffic concerns.
