In a tweet, Ontario Provincial Police said the incident occurred on Tuesday at 12:05 a.m. in the area of Highway 400 and Teston Road.

The boy, who can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was arrested Sunday afternoon after he was observed driving a stolen car on Highway 400 and refused to pull over.
