N.B. Education Minister Bill Hogan says he'll take the unprecedented step of dissolving the Anglophone East District Education Council in the midst of a battle over Policy 713.

Angela Lawson, one of the school district's councillors, said she fully supports the proposed inclusive education model but noted that "there wasn't funding attached" in the budget.
