Johnny Depp has received the US$1 million settlement from Amber Heard, owed to him after the ex-spouses reached an agreement.

In a statement shared to Amber Heard's social media account, the actor confirmed she made the "very difficult decision" to settle the defamation suit with ex Johnny Depp.
