A Calgary woman is warning others after someone claiming to be a fraud investigator with Amazon got her to install an app and send $2,500 in a digital wallet.

"People (are) receiving phone calls claiming to be from Amazon, but ultimately they're trying to get details about their Amazon account," warns BBB spokesperson Karla Laird.
