Alvin Cole's mother and sisters were arrested during protests that were sparked after charges were not laid against the officer who shot Cole.

The district attorney said Wauwatosa Officer Joseph Mensah used reasonable force when he fatally shot 17-year-old Alvin Cole outside a shopping mall on Feb. 2.
