Police say Richard Taylor of Oakville is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Carla and Alan Rutherford.

The Bridge Drive-In announced on social media Wednesday that Allan Rutherford, former owner of the famous ice cream stand, passed away after a battle with Parkinson's disease.
