Alberta Fish and Wildlife is asking for the public's help to find a person they say allegedly shot a deer with an arrow and left it to die near Cochrane this summer.

Some Alberta anglers are worried that the province will ban fishing in a number of popular rivers over fears of declining fish stocks.
