Ryan Meili said past Saskatchewan NDP governments share responsibility for the carrying out the ’60s Scoop policy that affected many lives.

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe has apologized to survivors of the '60s Scoop for failing them and leaving them "caught between two worlds."

"An apology is really easy to put together, but for it to have meaning behind it, (the province needs) to prove to us that there's something going on behind the scenes," said survivor Kerry Opoonechaw-Bellegarde
