Chatham-Kent police have not identified the victim, but say he was a 45-year-old man. The accused cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

A 45-year-old man has been sent to a local trauma centre after he was struck by a vehicle at Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West on Sunday morning.
