The family of a toddler who died after falling from a 20th floor balcony has filed a $3.75M lawsuit, defendants include the City of London and the buildings owners.

Residents of 400 Lyle St. are asked not to use their balconies until the building owner can confirm 'appropriate steps have been taken to alleviate the unsafe condition.'
