REGINA – Prime Minister Stephen Harper isn’t picking a winner for this weekend’s Grey Cup showdown.

Harper told a radio station in Winnipeg he’s going to stay neutral.

He says he’s going to be at the game in Regina and expects it will be a good one.

Harper says the Saskatchewan Roughriders have been great all year.

He says the Hamilton Tiger Cats had a rough start, but have improved throughout the season.
