Global News projects Marlin Schmidt will win the Edmonton-Gold Bar seat for the New Democratic Party.
Edmonton-Gold Bar is a provincial riding located in Edmonton. This riding is currently represented by New Democratic Party MLA Marlin Schmidt who first took office in 2015.
Schmidt collected 14,562 votes, winning 59.48 per cent of the vote in the 2019 Alberta provincial election.
