"Up there, you’ve got people yelling about their skidoos and their truck parts – well, I’ve got to get you your food before you can get your Skidoos or engines. I’m one person trying to keep four communities happy."

A tough-as-nails, hard-working woman who wears her heart on her sleeve, Kelly is both "one of the boys" and "mother hen" of Buffalo Airways.
Hospital supplies, produce, skidoos and building supplies – there’s only one way to get vital freight to northern communities, and Kelly makes it happen. She never takes a break and worries about her job and the pilots around the clock.
Working at Buffalo is a family affair for Kelly. Her niece Jynelle is her assistant, her brother Jack is a cargo hand and her husband Juan is an Electra engineer. When work and family begin to clash, Kelly needs to make some difficult decisions about her future at Buffalo Airways.
