RCMP officers confirm a body has been found near 195th Street and Colebrook Road.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called out to take over the case. Sgt. Jennifer Pound says the victim is a female of an undetermined age, and she was found in a parking lot near Hi-Knoll Park. She was not in a vehicle.

Pound says this is not connected to a 2009 murder where a man was found in the same area.
This is the east side of Colebrook Road. Four bodies were found on Colebrook Road between between 121 and 125A streets earlier this year.
This body was discovered around 11:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
