OKANAGAN — A recent forecast of a global wine shortage may be straining some exporters but at least one Okanagan winery is welcoming the news with open arms.

The local winery has sold ice wine to Mainland China for the past several years and is optimistic about the possibility of selling more wine to the country with the spike in demand.
