Notre-Dame-de-Grace borough mayoral candidates Russell Copeman, Kevin Copps, Andrew Ross and Michael Simkin debate the issues ahead of the municipal elections.
The borough has been significantly touched by corruption in shocking revelations over the past year.
The four candidates will debate the issues, which include cleaning up corruption. snow and garbage removal, infrastructure and day-to-day operations, as well as concern over rising taxes.
