MONTREAL – Focus Montreal looks towards the West Island in a series of four mini-debates Saturday, October 19, Saturday, October 26 and Saturday, November 2, as Global Montreal’s Senior Anchor Jamie Orchard takes a careful look at the issues and preoccupations facing residents of the de-merged cities.

The borough has been significantly touched by corruption in shocking revelations over the past year.

The four candidates will debate the issues, which include cleaning up corruption. snow and garbage removal, infrastructure and day-to-day operations, as well as concern over rising taxes.
