Two brothers have been arrested and face charges in connection with a targeted bombing in Oliver, B.C., according to Mounties.
RCMP arrested Stephan Daoust, 19, and Eric Daoust, 23, Thursday after a two-month-long investigation into the Aug. 11 incident.
Officers said the bombing went unreported for a day because residents initially thought lightning had struck the garage of a home and a vehicle nearby.

Others reported hearing an explosion near Okanagan Street and Earle Crescent at around 2 a.m.
No one was injured in the blast, but an investigation was launched when a piece of metal shrapnel was found in the damage.
Investigators determined a homemade improvised explosive device had been placed and detonated under a vehicle that was parked in a residential alley.
Flying shrapnel damaged the car and garage.
Officers said the attack was targeted towards a young man who lived in the home where the bomb was set.
“All three knew each other and are Oliver residents,” Col. Dan Moskaluk said, adding that the incident stemmed from a mutual, longstanding dislike for each other.
Stephan Daoust was also charged with several offences after he allegedly broke into the same home on Sept. 8 and discharged a can of bear spray.
