A Kelowna woman has been identified as the victim of a car crash south of Vernon Monday.
Kim Amber Todd, 36, was killed when her black sedan was struck by a southbound mini-van at Highway 97 and Bailey Road.
Among the four people in the van, two were treated for injuries at Vernon Jubilee Hospital and released.
The RCMP say changes are being considered for the intersection, which has been the sight of more than average serious crashes.
The coroner and police are investigating, but charges have yet to be laid.
Witnesses are asked to call Vernon RCMP at 250-545-7171.
