EGANVILLE, Ont. – Ontario Provincial Police say they’re looking for an exotic cat stolen from a home in eastern Ontario.

Police say the 18 kilogram Siberian Lynx was taken from a secure cage at a home in the Eganville area late last week.

Investigators say someone cut the lock from the cage the cat was in and fled with the animal.

The Lynx is about three years old, and is beige in colour with a black tip tail.

Anyone with information about its whereabouts is asked to contact Killaloe OPP or Crime Stoppers.
