Sarnia, Ont. police clears bomb threat received at Lambton College

Sarnia, Ont., police have cleared a bomb threat that was received at Lambton College just before noon on Monday.

Police say shortly after 1:30 p.m., the threat was determined to be “unfounded.”

The lockdown at Lambton College has lifted.

In a tweet, the college said police completed a full sweep of the South Building and concluded there’s no threat to those on campus.

Police told those inside the college, as well as the Progressive Auto Sales Arena, to stay in place while officers investigated.
