DARTMOUTH – Halifax Regional Police are investigating a shooting on Dartmouth’s Kennedy Drive. Six shots were heard on the residential street around 6:30 a.m. Friday.
According to police, the shots were fired from the street, towards a home. At the time, residents heard a vehicle speeding away. No one was hurt in the shooting.
The police’s Identification Unit arrived on scene around 8 a.m. Officers are now canvassing the neighbourhood, searching for information about the shooting.
The street is closed to traffic as police investigate.
