WINNIPEG — With their playoff hopes only a mathematical possibility, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers continue to plan for next season and have added import defensive end Michael McAdoo and import offensive lineman Cordaro Howard to their practice roster.

McAdoo, 23 and 6-foot-7, signed as a free agent with the Baltimore Ravens in 2011. However, he tore his Achilles tendon while working out with the Ravens the following year and was released in June of this year.

Howard, 26, signed as a free agent with the Buffalo Bills in 2010 and played in 10 games that season, including four starts. He was released the following year and signed with the Baltimore Ravens before ending up in the Arena League with the Omaha Nighthawks. Howard played his college ball at Georgia Tech.
