A 45-year-old man from Foothills County has been found not guilty of charges related to alleged sexual offences involving children.

Following two RCMP investigations, Matthew Wade Kinch was charged in 2021 with three counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
