EDMONTON – Mayor Stephen Mandel’s nine years as mayor of Edmonton are coming to an end; and on Friday, he stopped by our Global Edmonton Morning News to talk about his time in office.
He spoke about his decision not to run for a fourth term, some of the frustrations he experienced as mayor, and what he plans to do next. (His socks got a mention, as well.)

Mandel also had the following to say to the person who will be moving into his current office on October 22nd:
“I wish the next mayor, whoever that may be, good luck.”
