Winnipeg police search for missing 17-year-old

Winnipeg police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old girl.

Joey Chartrand was last seen on Christmas Day in Winnipeg near Mountain Avenue and McGregor Street.

Chartrand is 5’4″ and 120 pounds with shoulder-length black hair.
