Homicide Unit investigating woman’s death

CALGARY- The homicide unit has been called in after a woman died on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say she was found in medical distress, behind the WalMart on Shawville Blvd. around 3 p.m.

The woman died en route to hospital.

So far there is no word on the cause of death, or her identity. However, homicide detectives have been called in.
