REGINA – Saskatchewan Government Insurance says it has requested construction proposals from four finalists for a new headquarters in downtown Regina.

S-G-I isn’t releasing the names of the finalists, saying it could drive up the cost of land for the project.
The Crown-owned insurer says its current building needs renovations.
A final decision on a construction project is subject to government approval.
