TORONTO – Mayor Rob Ford’s team has released a video on YouTube showing some of the purported highlights of the mayor’s summer.
The 2 minute and 41 second campaign-style video features his victorious arm wrestling match with Hulk Hogan at Fan Expo as well as video of the mayor interacting with Torontonians at the Taste of the Danforth and his annual Ford Fest.
The video also dubs him “The people’s mayor.”
The video was shot and edited by the Ossington Creative marketing agency and features music by Nova Scotian singer Brendan Croskerry who worked for both the marketing agency and as a special assistant to the mayor.

While the video unabashedly showcases the non-controversial side of the mayor, it didn’t win many fans on Twitter.
The description on the video, signed off by ‘Mayor Ford’ says the video is “my way of thanking Toronto residents for a phenomenal summer.”
