After four years of construction and traffic jams, drivers who use the Cape Horn Interchange in Coquitlam are finally getting some relief.
A new tunnel connecting drivers from Highway 1 to the Mary Hill Bypass opened Sunday, meaning drivers no longer have to use United Boulevard or Lougheed Highway to transfer over.

Another new overpass is set to open Thursday connecting the Port Mann Bridge westbound to Lougheed Highway.
The interchange, with its 15 new overpasses, will be fully open by the end of the week.
