TORONTO – A man was taken to hospital Wednesday afternoon after being shot multiple times.
The shooting happened just after 3 p.m. near Galt Avenue and Gerrard Street. Police and paramedics responded and found a man conscious and breathing, but suffering from gunshot wounds to his back and legs.
Traffic in the area could be slow for several hours as police investigate the shooting.
