Calgary committee to position city as global centre

CALGARY – Calgary Economic Development is setting up a committee to position the city as a global financial centre.

The city agency is set to release the roster, expected to include key industry leaders, at a press conference this morning.

The Financial Sector Advisory Committee will look at ways to build on Calgary’s financial expertise in the energy sector.
