Conservative candidate Pierre Paul-Hus is the projected winner in the riding of Charlesbourg–Haute-Saint-Charles.
The riding is one of six Quebec City ridings and includes the borough of Charlesbourg and part of the La Haute-Saint-Charles borough.
Since 2006, the riding has gone between NDP and Conservative MPs.
Conservative Pierre Paul-Hus was elected in 2015 and retained the seat in 2019. He was vice-chairman of the Defence and Security Committee of the NATO Parliamentary Association from October 2016 to October 2019.
Only one per cent of the riding has identified their mother tongue as English, with the dominant language being French.
