Edmonton’s public school district should close five central Edmonton schools and close the elementary program operating at another, say two new reports from district staff. The recommendations to trustees, released Friday, call on the school board to start the closure process for Eastwood, McCauley and Parkdale schools in the city centre and Capilano and Fulton Place schools in the southeast.
