Carolyn Jarvis is joining 16×9 as Chief Correspondent. A native of Richmond BC, Jarvis has covered some of the biggest national and international stories, including the Vancouver 2010 Olympics and the recent shooting of Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. Leading up to the 2011 Federal Election, Jarvis also hosted Focus: Decision Canada, a 30-minute political program covering all the political ins-and-outs coming out of Ottawa. Jarvis has also won numerous awards including a National RTNDA Award for Feature Reporting. Before moving to Toronto, Jarvis split her time as a reporter/weekend anchor for Global National in addition to 16×9 Correspondent.
