EDMONTON – The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) has found and arrested 31-year-old Brian Joseph Boysis, who was wanted in connection with a homicide that happened on July 29, 2013.
Gregory Richard Pratt, 31, was found severely wounded by officers who were responding to a disturbance call at a north-end apartment building in the area of 115 Avenue and 34 Street around 2:10 a.m. that morning.
Despite the efforts of EMS to save him, Pratt ended up dying of a stab wound to the chest at the scene.
Boysis was located at a pub in the area of 40 Street and Hermitage Road and interviewed by Homicide Section detectives, who did not lay any charges. Boysis was charged with obstruction and personation by Northeast Division patrol members, though.

Police are still looking for 20-year-old Adrian Sabastian Janvier, who they say is arrestable for second degree murder.
He is considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
Janvier is described as Aboriginal with brown hair, brown eyes and the word “Angel” tattooed on the back of his neck. He’s 6’0″, 200 lbs. Police believe he has visible injuries and cuts to his head.
