Felker’s assault was part of a series of violent attacks that occurred in the area of 95th Street and 110th A Avenue early that morning.

On Tuesday, Global News spoke with Felker’s fiance, who said he was not showing any signs of improvement and the family was considering taking him off life support.

Three men have been charged with a number of offences in relation to the attacks.

Investigators working on the case have consulted with the Crown, and requested that the charges against all three suspects be upgraded to murder.
