TORONTO — Canadian actress Natasha Henstridge has split from her husband of only two years.
The 38-year-old Species star, who was born in Springdale, Newfoundland, married Scottish singer Darius Campbell on Valentine’s Day in 2011. They had dated for about five years previously.
Henstridge’s first marriage — to actor Damian Chapa — lasted only a year. The actress has two sons with actor Liam Waite.
Henstridge and Campbell, 32, both filed divorce papers in California, where they shared a home.
Although she hasn’t publicly commented on the separation, Henstridge posted a cryptic tweet on Tuesday night. “Stranded from my own house and yet apparently that’s where I’m supposedly living right now,” she tweeted . “Truth always prevails.”
The pair were last photographed together at a pre-Oscars event in Los Angeles.
Henstridge recently played Dawn Chamberlain on the B.C.-shot series The Secret Circle and just wrapped the drama Nowhere Safe co-starring Jamie Kennedy.
