KELOWNA, BC — Residents forced from their homes as a result of last week’s Rutland condo fire got their first look at the damage Monday. The Legacy 2 building caught fire last Tuesday forcing dozens from their homes. Some of the evacuated residents were allowed back Monday to grab some of their personal belongings. As Kelly Hayes reports, the scene of fire evacuees returning to their damaged homes is becoming a familiar one in Kelowna.
