An eight-year-old boy was seriously injured after falling from a second-storey window in Calgary on Tuesday, according to police and EMS.

Police escorted an ambulance with the child inside to the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
EMS said the boy impacted the concrete and sustained several traumatic injuries.
